I started out building small websites and tooling, then moved into backend-heavy ecommerce work. I now lead Magento delivery with a practical full-stack view when projects need it.

Lead day-to-day ecommerce delivery across multiple Magento sites, including one full relaunch with a custom theme and one brand-new launch. Own frontend/backend coordination, resource planning, and technical delivery tied to SEO/PPC outcomes.
Managed client Magento 2 estates across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and CI/CD. Delivered headless Magento/PWA projects with custom GraphQL schemas, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Docker. Built modules, handled upgrades, and automated security patch flow to under two hours end-to-end.
Set up cloud storage on Azure, configured mail infrastructure, and built internal tooling in JavaScript and Python. Integrated Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud workflows, while acting as DPO to keep operational GDPR compliance in place.
Built and deployed Windows-based virtualised trading environments. Provided second-line support, handled environment configuration issues, and managed redeployment plus QA of proprietary trading equipment.
